WS Bedrock is a product of Wyrick Studios. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We built this app to help you take control of your money, and that means being straight with you about your data. We collect the minimum we need to run the service, and we never sell it.

What we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work:

• Your email address. Used to create your account, sign you in, and send essential account messages.
• Your budget data. The income, expenses, categories, and goals you enter, stored so your plan is there every time you return, across devices.
• Payment information. When you subscribe, your card details go directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or touch your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends, used to keep the service secure and working.

What we do not collect

We do not connect to your bank. We do not pull your transactions, balances, or account numbers. Every figure in WS Bedrock is one you typed in yourself. There is no bank linking and no reading of your real accounts. Your budget is a plan you build by hand, by design.

How we use your data

• To create and secure your account.
• To save and sync your budget across devices.
• To process your subscription and manage your plan.
• To send essential account messages, such as confirmation or billing notices.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We share information only with the providers that make the app function:

• Supabase stores your account and budget data, isolated to your account by row-level security.
• Stripe processes your payment and manages your subscription.
• Netlify hosts and serves the site.

How your data is protected

Your budget data is guarded by row-level security, so your records are technically isolated to your account and no other user can reach them. Connections are encrypted in transit. Payment data lives entirely inside Stripe, never on our servers.

Your rights

• Access it. Everything we hold is visible in the app.
• Change it. Edit or reset your budget any time.
• Cancel. End your subscription whenever you choose, and keep access through the period you paid for.
• Delete it. Request account deletion and we remove your data. Reach us at the email below.

Data retention

We keep your account and budget data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our active systems. Payment records held by Stripe are retained by them for tax and financial compliance.

Children

WS Bedrock is built for adults managing their money and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

As the product grows, this policy may change. When it does, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
